description This paper reports on a collaborative research-training’s effects, carried out by a researcher in collaboration with twelve educational advisers. During one day of formation organized by the educational advisers for the peers, the effects of the communication with a researcher are noticeable. The exchanges analysis of the day shows that, in this context, the collaborative research-training takes the shape of a work for oneself from an interpretive perspective. The transition of counselling as an action to its comprehension, through the mobilization of the research tools, is recognizable and thus testifies the educational advisers empowerment, trained by there search-training.
