Description
Summary:Through analyzing the interaction between socio-economic benefits and eco-environment benefits of land use, a dynamic coupling model between land use benefits was set up according to the theory and method of system science. Coupling degree was used to express coordinated relationship of land use benefits. The model revealed that land use benefits systems went through 4 stages, e. g. low-grade symbiosis, coordination development, limit development and revival. The model was successfully applied in studying the coordinated relationship of land use benefits in Guangzhou City. The socioeconomic benefits and eco-environment benefits of land use were better and better during the period of 1990-2005. The former rises stably and the later develops fluctuation. In general, the coupling degree evolvement of land use benefits in Guangzhou City was a parabola in the 16 years and demonstrated coordinated development. The coupling degree decreased in the earlier 5 years and increased in the later 11 years. In the middle-later of 1990's, land use benefits were the best coordinated.
