Summary:At a time when digital transformation is reshaping work processes and how companies approach and perform tasks, artificial intelligence (AI) is emerging as a vital element of this evolution. AI-powered tools are changing how companies interact with customers and fundamentally impacting internal processes and how they assign tasks to teams. This trend raises questions about the efficiency with which humans and AI perform assigned tasks and the potential implications for future workplace dynamics.
