Patent Foramen Ovale with a Straddling Thrombus
A 78-year-old man presented with shortness of breath and lower limb edema. Echocardiogram showed severely decreased biventricular function with a large clot straddling the patent foramen ovale extending from the right atrium into the left atrium and ventricle.
