description Abstract. Neuroendocrine tumors are rare tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. The differential diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors remains poorly understood. Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of endosonography in diagnosing neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Materials and methods. We analyzed 59 cases involving the use of endoscopic ultrasound for the differential diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors in the digestive tract. Results. Endoscopic ultrasound is an effective method for the differential diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Conclusions. Endoscopic ultrasound diagnosis allows us to differentiate tumor neyrendokrinni tract.
