| description | Objective To investigate the effect of standardized acupoint massage on abdominal distension in patients after lumbar spine surgery. Methods A total of 56 patients who received lumbar spine surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table, 28 cases for each group. After operation, patients of two groups were given routine nursing. The observation group was given standardized acupoint massage intervention for one week on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery of gastrointestinal function and the incidence rate of abdominal distension were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of abdominal distension was 10. 71%(3/28) in the observation group and 35. 71%(10/28) in the control group on the 7th day after operation, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05) . The first exhaust time after operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Standardized acupoint massage is effective to reduce the the incidence of abdominal distension and promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function after lumbar spine surgery. (目的 探讨规范穴位按揉方案缓解腰椎术后患者腹胀的效果。方法 选取2021年12月—2022年7月医院收治的行腰椎手术的患者56例, 按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组, 每组28例。术后两组进行常规护理, 观察组在常规护理基础上给予穴位按揉干预1周。对比两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及腹胀发生率。结果 术后第7天, 观察组腹胀发生率为10. 71%(3/28), 低于对照组的35. 71%(10/28), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组术后首次排气时间较对照组缩短, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 通过规范穴位按揉可降低腰椎术后腹胀发生率, 有效降低腹胀程度, 促使胃肠道功能迅速恢复。) |
