We report a case of blunt trauma with party popper, resulting in serious ocular injuries. In addition, it highlights the need for awareness about fatal ocular complications among the masses, especially children. Party accessories although intended for fun, must be carefully used. We recommend users to blow the party poppers away from a person’s face or towards the roof or sky. |
