| Summary: | The article positions the implementation of strategic goals for the development of preschool education, as defined in the content of the new strategic document "A Vision of the Future of Education and Science of Ukraine" (MES of Ukraine, 2023), which states that Ukraine is on the verge of transformation. War, forced migration, on the one hand, is indicated in the text of "Vizii," globalization and European integration, on the other hand, require changes in approaches to education and science, since it is education that should become the key to restoring hope and opportunities for the future, helping people find their place in new realities (Lisovoy, 2023). Among the main priorities of the future of education and science of Ukraine is the following: ensuring decent working conditions, fair pay and opportunities for continuous professional development of educators, teachers, teachers, scientists in the process of general sustainable development of education in Ukraine [Vision, 2023]. The section "Visions" – "Preschool Education" defines the strategic goals of its development, in particular, such as: safe educational and inclusive environment of RES; flexible and optimal network of different types of educational services for children of early and preschool age; new quality and approaches to the training, retraining and advanced training of the leaders of the ZDO, improving their skills and professional growth of employees in the field of education of children of early and preschool age. Quite important and at the same time relevant are operational goals (4.2 and 5.2), Such as: the implementation of the DO system on scientific evidence-based approaches and the provision of decent working conditions for employees of preschool education (teaching staff), etc. (Vision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 2023). One of the priority directions of training future specialists of preschool education for speech and ethical activity in accordance with their official duties (educators, educators-methodologists, heads (directors) of preschool educational institutions) is revealed. The definitions of professional categories of specialists, such as: educator, teacher(-s)- methodologist, director(-s) of preschool educational institutions and requirements for their official and professional duties in terms of speech and ethical communication are revealed, using the formulas of speech etiquette. |
