National Congress. The Maintainance Fund and the Basic Education Development and Teaching Improvement (Fundeb) aims to enlarge
investment sources in relation to the Government amount reserved
to infantile, high school, and juvenile and adult education, besides
other teaching modalities. This article intends to analyze the main
changes being proposed, the potential advances and the limits of this
new education financing systematic. It also tries to identify new tendencies
for the basic education financing resulting from the Fundeb
implementation. |
