Description
Summary:Due to the lack of regular observations on the reference network and the low transport accessibility of a significant part the coast of the Tsimlyansk reservoir, it is not possible to objectively assess the intensity of erosion and abrasion processes based on traditional geomorphological methods. At present, the problem of monitoring the coastal zone can be successfully solved on the basis of promising and actively developing methods of remote sensing using unmanned aerial vehicles. The aim of the study was to assess the manifestation of abrasion processes based on the materials of stationary observations on the reference network for the period from 1953 to 2016. and reservoir shore monitoring data using unmanned aerial vehicles, from 2017 to 2021.
