| description | The management of post-cholecystectomy biliary strictures remains challenging. Magnetic compression anastomosis is a nonsurgical alternative used on the endoscopic and percutaneous biliary platform to create a passage across the refractory biliary stricture. We report three cases of uncrossable bile duct strictures managed with magnetic compression anastomosis. This report highlights the utility of a relatively simple technique for managing complex problems. |
