This study investigates the integration of English language learning and motor development among elementary school students through motion-based interactive animated videos. To achieve the goal, a systematic literature review method was employed by carefully reviewing relevant articles. Data in this study were obtained from Google Scholar. These articles were then filtered using the Elicite application to gather the most relevant Scopus-indexed articles. To help the researchers screen the articles, inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. For example, the search focused on those published in Scopus-indexed journals published in 2019-2024. The search used the following keywords: English language learning AND motor development AND elementary school students AND interactive animation AND movement-based learning. This search generated 435 articles. They were screened again through multiple stages. Then, 15 articles that fit the theme and met the inclusion requirements were yielded. During the article selection, this study followed the PRISMA guidelines. The study found that integrating English language learning and motor development using motion-based interactive animated videos effectively improved the language ability and motor skills of elementary school students. This kinesthetic approach strengthens language acquisition, motivation, and student engagement in learning, while motion-based activities help internalize language through fun physical experiences. In addition to increasing motivation and language skills, this approach supports students' social and cognitive development, strengthening communication and collaboration skills in an inclusive environment. Thus, the integration of motion-based media into English language learning offers a holistic learning experience that has the potential to be implemented in the primary education curriculum.
