| Summary: | In the presented article, theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of "regional political processes" are analyzed at the level of theoretical understanding, the diversity and dynamism of the functioning of regional political processes are considered. The inconsistency and nonduration of the main stages of the Russian transformation of regional political systems are noted. The author's conceptual theoretical approaches of foreign classics of political science and modern Russian research centers are presented. The regional originality of the political process in its institutional, communicative, informational and regulatory aspects is considered. The article describes the diversity of the relationship between the supreme power and the regional interpretation of political structures. |
