Some of the jurisprudential-legal thoughts have planned to criticize this base and have challenged it with respect to verbal and non-verbal evidences. But these challenges with the approach to Fiqh-e Jawaheri have been criticized and analyzed and at the end the opinion of the well-known Shia jurists has been approved. But at the position of theorization and with observing traditional fiqh standards a new look to the proofs of puberty has been formed and the qualitative and reasoning opinion has been strengthened. |
