| Summary: | The finite element model of trailer bogie frame was built based on ANSYS software. The calculation load and load conditions were developed according to the International Railway Union standards UIC510-5. The fatigue strength of the frame was assessed by using the Goodman curve. The analysis indicated that the maximum equivalent principal stress of fatigue analysis was 158.19 MPa, and the minimum equivalent principal stress was -97.80 MPa, the fatigue strength of the frame structure met the requirement. |
