Subharmonic functions and electric fields in ball layers. II
In this sequel to cite{GK} we study a special case $BL(frac{1}{r},r)$, $r>1$. Alsothe explicit representation of a subharmonic extension for a subharmonic function $u(x)$ near a removable point is obtained. Moreover, the diverse Nevanlinna characteristics are compared.
