These three stages were sequentially ordered yet overlapped with each other. An overall technology development framework was proposed, based on the current development of new-generation information communications and related technologies. Then, an outlook for technology development trends was made in several aspects. Overall, the development of information and communications technology was found to be more diversified, converged, and integrated than it had previously been. |
