Summary:The article presents a recommendation to enrich the education of teachers and trainers with a hybrid approach to teaching using an immersive virtual environment (virtual reality, VR), which is a complementary solution for traditional training and e-learning courses. The pros and cons of using virtual reality headsets are discussed here for teacher education and the trainer training process.
