description To improve the reliability of electronics products and save the products life evaluation costs, life evaluation based on simulation was proposed. TRC communication board was taken as the study object and introduced from basic function principle, performance parameters and single board stress, and the process of life simulation test was put forward through SolidWorks, Flotherm, Calce PWA software modeling and stress analysis, and then the reliability was evaluated. At the same time, the lifetime of the communication board was evaluated and the evaluation of the life simulation was verified. Read life test evaluation value and simulation value was close which provided a new thinking for the life prediction.
