description In order to study the contact stress of lift rack and pinion, the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics and contact stress of the rack and pinion contact force are carried out by using the ADAMS software, and it can get the date of contact force, then, we can import the date into the ANSYS and ANSYS software joint simulation. At the same time, the simulation results are compared with theoretical calculat ion results, and the simulation results have the higher analysis precision.
