| Summary: | Purpose: the aim of this study is to reveal the impact of Big Data Analysis Capabilities (BDAC) on organizational Energy (OE).
Design/Method/Approach: The study adopted a descriptive analysis method, the research tool was a questionnaire, and the field data were analyzed using AMOS V25 as well statistical programming (SPSS V25).
Findings: The findings reveal that Big data with all its dimensions combined has a significant and positive effect on organizational energy.
Theoretical Implications: This study contributes to BDAC and organizational energy by introducing an innovative framework that reveals the combined roles of BDAC and OE in organizations.
Practical Implications: The work introduces view and guidelines for organizational development, highlighting the importance of effective use of BDAC in different accepts in the organization including OE.
Originality/Value: The manuscript presents a novel context for the integration of BDAC and OE in organizations.
Future Research: Future research should additionally explore the impact of BDAC on OE various industries.
