At these stages, the manager cannot personally carry out the adaptation ofpersonnel, so there is a need to standardize the procedure for interacting with new employees, therefore, in the formation of an adaptation system. Regardless of what experience and seniority the employee had at the previous place of work, in the new enterprise he is faced with a production, logistical and social environment that is unfamiliar to him. The speed of an employee getting used to a new company and joining the team depends on many factors: profession, work experience, personal characteristics, etc. This article discusses the most priority aspects of adaptation for certain categories ofpersonnel. |
