| Summary: | Acute traumatic pancreatitis is one of the etiological forms of acute pancreatitis, the main cause of the development of which is mechanical trauma to the pancreas. A clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with acute traumatic pancreatitis developed as a result of a shrapnel thoracoabdominal injury with pancreatic damage and its complications using a multidisciplinary approach is presented. The possibilities of implementing the tactics of “damage control” at all stages of medical care are demonstrated. |
