基于齿轮泵特征的齿轮齿廓自动生成及特性研究
针对齿轮齿廓难以精确绘制的问题 ,利用啮合原理建立了组成齿轮完整齿廓的各部分曲线方程 ,进而确定了轮齿的完整齿廓形状。在此基础上分析了传统重合度计算公式的不足 ,给出了更为准确、完整的计算公式。并利用VisualBasic 6 .0对齿廓绘制和重合度计算进行了程序实现 ,得出了令人满意的结果 ,为进一步分析齿轮的性能奠定了基础。...
