Summary:The aim of the paper was to determine the links between butter prices in Poland and butter prices in selected EUcountries. The article uses secondary data for the monthly price of butter at the level of EU countries collected by theMilk Market Observatory and the portal CLAL.IT for 2007-2016. The analyzed period was divided into two periods:2007-2011 and 2012-2016. The article uses Pearson’s correlation, Johansen cointegration tests, and Granger’scausality analysis. The results of the study confirmed the stronger link between butter prices in Poland and EU butterprices in the second period.
