SIMULATION OF LIBRARY SYSTEM SERVICE
The paper describes the development of a simulation model of the Services system of Research Library of Library and Publishing Complex of Siberian Federal University. Discrete-event simulation and simulation software ExtendSim are used. The focus is on performance indicators of library services.
