By fostering a culture of innovation and investing in creative ideas, SMEs can unlock new opportunities, overcome challenges, and position themselves for long-term success. For numerous SMEs, innovation resembles a trial-and-error endeavor, often leading to feelings of anxiety and frustration, as resources are seemingly squandered. In response, the Spinner Innovation model aims to forecast an organization’s innovation potential and provide a structured pathway to guide the innovation investment process, thus minimizing risks. The objective of this study is to introduce the Spinner Innovation model and delve into its empirical applications within various economic sectors, focusing on SMEs. This research is underpinned by an analysis of scientific publications sourced from the Scopus database. |
