Summary:In order to improve the reliability and stability of the mixer rotor, to meet the design requirements of the sheartype foursided rotor, in work this paper, the static analysis and modal analysis of the shearing type of quadrangular rotor were carried out by using Solidworks Simulation module, and we obtained the rotor stress and deformation distribution and critical speed range The optimization algorithm was used to optimize the design based on the finite element analysis, the results show that the shear strength of rectangular rotor strength increased by 50%, the stiffness increased 153%, the resonance speed interval is reduced by 46%, and the analysis results have certain guiding significance for the structural optimization and improvement of the shearing type of quadrangular rotor.
