| Summary: | This article offers reflective feedback on an audiovisual apparatus designed and implemented as part of a participatory research project focusing on the transformations of values at work in a context of agroecological transition. After describing this original methodological apparatus and the theoretical frameworks to which it refers, at the crossroads between visual anthropology and ergonomics, the authors detail what the use of images produced, then return to the surprises, difficulties and questions it raised. The article shows how the use of film enriched and sharpened the investigation, revealing a discrepancy between the methods described a priori and the practices actually carried out. It also highlights the ambivalence of the images, looking back on various moments when their use went beyond the initial intentions, and others when, on the contrary, they failed to elicit the hoped-for reflexivity. The article invites epistemological reflection on the positioning of researchers and the construction of authority in a collaborative research approach at the interface between different worlds of work in agriculture. |
