Description
Summary:The article presents a method for improving the efficiency of energy conversion in a BLDC motor (Brushless Direct Current motor) by using a proprietary motor shaft position sensor. The sensor allows for the correct control angle of the transistors of the electronic commutator bridge. Based on expert knowledge, a fuzzy system was created responsible for determining the correction of the steering angle. This work presents a novel implementation of the sensor and the results of research confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. The result of applied fuzzy control makes use of signal wave forms to improve signal control for stable work of the BLDC engine.
