| description | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the external use of Xiaoding ointment in the treatment of swelling around arteriovenous fistula sites in patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 112 patients with swelling around arteriovenous fistula sites during hemodialysis treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table, with 56 cases in each group. The control group received external application of Hirudiod, and the experimental group received external application of Xiaoding ointment. The swelling degree score, swelling range score and visual anlogue pain score (VAS) before and after treatment were measured, and clinical effect of the different treatments on relieving swelling around arteriovenous fistula sits was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of swelling degree, swelling range and VAS in the two groups at different times were lower than those before treatment (P＜0. 01), and the efficacy of the treatment in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Xiaoding ointment is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine preparation that can relieve swelling, improve pain and improve clinical efficacy of patients with arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis. (目的 观察消定膏缓解血液透析患者动静脉内瘘穿刺导致肿胀的临床效果。方法 将符合纳入标准的112例血液透析动静脉内瘘肿胀患者, 按照随机数字表分为试验组和对照组, 各56例。对照组采取喜疗妥外敷, 试验组采用消定膏外敷。比较两组治疗前后肿胀程度评分、肿胀范围评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS), 评判消定膏对动静脉内瘘肿胀患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后, 两组不同时点的肿胀程度评分、肿胀范围评分和VAS评分均低于治疗前(P＜0. 01), 且试验组疗效优于对照组(P＜0. 01)。结论 消定膏是一种能够缓解血液透析患者动静脉内瘘穿刺所致肿胀、改善患者疼痛及提高临床疗效的中医药制剂。) |
