description Objective To explore the protective effect of reduced glutathione applied in clinical treatment of acute kidney injury.Methods From June 2011 to June 2014,82 cases of hospitalized patients with acute kidney injury in our hospital were divided into the contrast group and the observation group by random number table method.The control group,41 cases were given high flux hemodialysis and conventional symptomatic treatment(such as regulation of blood pressure,correction of anemia,improving the calcium and phosphorus metabolism,etc).The observation group,41 cases,on the basis of control group therapy combined with reduced glutathione injection(1.8 g were soluble in 5%glucose injection 250 ml,using 0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 ml for the diabetes patients)with intravenous drip.Compared two groups of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Serum cystatin C(Cys C) improvement and clinical curative effect.Results There was no statistical significance(P>0.05) difference of SCr,BUN,Cys C between the two groups before treatment.7 d after treatment,the biochemical indexes(SCr,BUN,Cys C) of the control group and the observation group were both better than the before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the difference of each index(SCr,BUN,CysC) between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The patients with acute kidney injury on the basis of high flux hemodialysis treatment combined with reduced glutathione intravenous drip,can significantly improve renal function,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate.
