<正>患者,男性,46岁,汉族,高血压病史3年,最高血压200/120 mm Hg,平素卡维地洛(12.5 mg,bid)联合非洛地平(5 mg qd)降压治疗,血压控制欠佳。1年前诊断为慢性肾衰竭,行规律血液透析治疗1年,每周3次,每次超滤量2 500～3 000 ml。此次入院前2 h患者突发背腹部撕裂样疼痛,不能平卧,急诊收治入院。入院检查:体温36.6℃,心率92次/分钟,律齐;双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿性啰音。血常...
