| Summary: | Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has made significant progress in the field of hematological oncology, but its accompanying complications pose a challenge to patient safety. This review aims to systematically review the nursing research progress of common complications in patients with hematological malignancies treated with CAR T-cell therapy, with a focus on cytokine release syndrome, immune effector cell related neurotoxicity syndrome, infection, and hematological toxicity. It elaborates on the clinical characteristics, nursing evaluation and monitoring, and corresponding nursing interventions of various complications. At the same time, the challenges, future development trends, and research directions faced by the nursing of complications in patients with hematological malignancies treated with CAR T-cell therapy are discussed, in order to provide reference for promoting clinical nursing practice of complications in patients with hematological malignancies treated with CAR T-cell therapy. (嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)免疫疗法在血液肿瘤领域取得了显著进展, 但其伴随的并发症对患者安全构成挑战。本文对CAR-T细胞治疗血液肿瘤患者常见并发症护理的相关研究进行系统梳理, 重点关注细胞因子释放综合征、免疫效应细胞相关神经毒性综合征、感染和血液学毒性, 详细阐述各类并发症的临床特点、护理评估与监测、以及相应的护理干预措施。同时, 对CAR-T细胞治疗血液肿瘤患者相关并发症的护理面临的挑战、未来发展趋势及研究方向进行展望, 以期为构建标准化、精细化的CAR-T并发症护理路径提供循证依据与实践参考。) |
