City coastlines are places that enhance the wellbeing of citizens, promote sociality and enhance the city's aesthetic and
quality of life due to the variety of activities, visuality and air supplement. It also contributes to urban sustainability with all
these aspects. (The Gonzales et al., 2023) study's multi-criteria analysis approach was applied to evaluate how sustainable
urban coastlines are. The study covered two primary aspects of sustainability. These elements include the social activities
and the environmental features of the coastal districts. With this method, it is aimed to reveal the daily use of the Karşıyaka
Coastline and to examine the impact of these activities on the sustainability of there. Through the method, the contribution
of city coastlines to the quality of urban life and city sustainability can be revealed with numerical data and it is expected
to guide in the site selection, design and implementation stages of new planning.
