| description | Abstract This paper employs game theory to examine the impact of the dual-helix structure mechanism on the evolutionary trends of reversed online public opinion, providing a theoretical foundation for public opinion management. Building on the theoretical framework of game theory, the study constructs an evolutionary game model under the dual-helix structure involving online media and opinion leaders as the game participants. It calculates the payoff matrices and replicator dynamics equations of the parties involved and uses numerical simulation methods to assess the stability of various equilibrium points and to deduce the behavioral strategies of the parties under different conditions. The findings indicate that the size of credibility gains achieved by opinion leaders, the severity of governmental sanctions and the traffic revenue obtained by online media significantly influence the strategic choices of the parties involved. Based on these findings, the study proposes recommendations for the management of reversed online public opinion from a governmental perspective. |
