| Summary: | On the 60th anniversary of the publication of Paul VI’s encyclical Ecclesiam suam, dedicated to the issue of dialogue, we propose an analysis of this document focused on interreligious dialogue. We will identify the relationship between the encyclical, the theology of religions and the documents of the Second Vatican Council, focusing especially on the declaration Nostra aetate. In addition, we will point out how this encyclical has indirectly influenced the evolution of interreligious dialogue in the post-council period until today. |
