The aims of this research are (1) to describe the implementation of the MRQ method in teaching tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sirojul Munir Sripurnomo, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency. (2) Describe the results of implementing the Ruku Thematic Mnemonic method in learning Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'an at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sirojul Munir Sripurnomo, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that, (1) The implementation of the MRQ method is carried out by means of one student advancing in front of the teacher then depositing their memorization, when there is a mistake the teacher immediately corrects their reading. The method used in memorizing the Al-Qur'an is that students read the Mushaf over and over again until they actually memorize it by using a block of Al-Qur'an specifically for memorizing the Al-Qur'an. (2) The results of the application of the M-RQ Method (Ruku'Al-Qur'an Thematic Mnemonic) show strengthening the memorization of the Qur'an with mnemonic techniques based on the Ruku' Theme, so that the learning material presented will be more varied, applicable , imaginative, this makes students active and happy in participating in the Tahfiẓ learning process and the teacher as a tutor will find it helpful when receiving a deposit of verses that have been memorized as well as having a guidebook for preparing mnemonics for strengthening memorization based on the thematic bowing approach.
