| Summary: | Two water quality items including photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) and the total number of aerobe, and five intestinal microflora items in Hyriopsis cumingii including PSB, the total number of aerobe, the total number of anaerobe, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, were investigated periodically in two net boxes set in the town of Guan Du, Shaoxing County. One of the net boxes was put in PSB, the other was not. The results showed that PSB put in water could not exist permanently. Aerobe was inhibited when PSB concentration in water was over 400 CFU·mL-1, while it was promoted when PSB concentration in water was below 400 CFU·mL-1. PSB and the total number of aerobe in intestine of clam were effected by the PSB and aerobe content in water. PSB in intestine of clam at the concentration over 2664 CFU·g-1 inhibited aerobe, anaerobe, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, conversely, promoted. PSB at the concentration over 400 CFU·mL-1 in water and over 2664 CFU·g-1 in intestine of clam promoted the growth of Hyriopsis cumingii, contrarily, inhibited its growth. |
