骨巨细胞瘤中MMP-9和TIMP-3的表达及临床意义
【目的】 研究骨巨细胞瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9, MMP-9)及其特异性抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3, TIMP-3)的表达及临床意义。【方法】 用免疫组化SP法检测45例骨巨细胞瘤组织中MMP-9。TIMP-3的表达情况,以CD31标记检测微血管密度(micro vessel density,MVD)。【结果】 骨巨细胞瘤组织中MMP-9。TIMP-3阳性率分别为100%和91%,MMP-9表达与MVD水平存在正相关性(。字2 = 14.812,P =...
