| Summary: | The current study planned to investigate quality assurance in higher education by analyzing teachers’ content competence and instruction delivery at the university level. The objectives were to identify the content competence and instructional delivery among university faculty. The sample comprised 1550 scholars from the five public sector universities in the province of Punjab. It was a mixed-methods study. QUAN quall [deductive-sequential design] was used. The researcher developed the instrument titled Teachers' Content Competence, and Instruction Delivery Survey [TCCIDS]. Both groups of male and female students did not differ in their perceptions of the content competence and instructional delivery as perceived by students. The predictors of teachers’ instructional delivery predict an 80% change in quality assurance practices.
