description Processes in fruit and vegetable supply chains include storage, transport, packaging, and distribution of fruit and vegetables. Although many factors affect the efficiency of supply chains, some of the main challenges include the optimization of logistics, maintaining product freshness and quality during transport and storage, and inventory management. The article aims to explore and evaluate features of agricultural supply chains. Improving the management of supply chains is only possible if the functioning of established and potential channels is analyzed. For this purpose, a very useful approach is to involve individuals who can offer a perspective different from that of the farmer. The results show that every second farmer analyzes his positions in the supply chain, which does not allow for more opinions and evaluations to be included. The nature of the researched productions determines individual behavior in the overall implementation of the economic activity.
