| Summary: | It is very common to describe quality as customer satisfaction, its management is developing more and more, we are trying in this research paper some of its tools for risk management, and the latter is part of a movement that ensures the security and continuity of any project.
Our objective is to respond to the main issue, which revolves around the advantages of quality management for better risk management through its tools, the FMEA method, the Pareto diagram, and the ISHIKAWA diagram. To achieve this, we offer a qualitative approach based on content analysis. Of which a public works company project constitutes the element of our study. In order to manage and assess the risks associated with this project, the results of our study will be defined throughout this research work.
La contribution de Management de la qualité dans la Gestion des Risques : Application des outils de la qualité
RESUME: Il est très courant de décrire la qualité comme la satisfaction du client, son management se développe de plus en plus, nous essayons dans ce papier de recherche d’appliquer certains de ses outils à la gestion des risques, cette dernière s’inscrit dans un mouvement qui assure la sécurité et la continuité de tout projet.
Notre objectif c’est de répondre à la principale problématique qui tourne sur les avantages de management de la qualité pour une meilleure gestion des risques à travers ses outils, la méthode AMDEC, le diagramme de Pareto et le diagramme d’ISHIKAWA.
Pour y parvenir, nous proposons une approche qualitative en s’appuyant sur une analyse de contenu. Dont un projet d’une entreprise de travaux publics constitue l’élément de notre étude. Afin de gérer et évaluer les risques liés à ce projet, les résultats de notre étude vont être détaillés tout au long de ce travail de recherche
