Summary:Ideological and political course is a major innovation and development of China's higher education system in the new era. The Introduction to Nursing is considered to be the initiation course for future education and working, and ideological and political teaching in the curriculum teaching of Introduction to Nursing has far-reaching significance for cultivating high-level nursing talents with sense of vocation and responsibility. This paper reviews the current status of ideological and political teaching in the teaching of Introduction to Nursing course, reflects on its existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide a reference for the high-quality development of ideological and political teaching in the Introduction to Nursing course.
