| Summary: | Slip is the most common failure form of elastic wheel. Aiming at this technical problem, an elastic wheel with mechanical anti-slip structure was specially designed. According to the operating conditions, the elastic wheel was simulated and analyzed, and it was proved that its strength and fatigue life met the technical requirements; through the anti-slip comparative test, the elastic wheel with anti-slip structure had obvious advantages over ordinary elastic wheels. By simulating the anti-skidding performance test under different temperature environments, it was proved that the elastic wheel with this structure had excellent anti slip performance at different temperatures. The modal and vibration frequency response of elastic wheel were analyzed and tested. The results showed that elastic wheel had high modal damping ratio and could restrain high-frequency vibration and radiated noise. |
