Summary:The working principle of particles packaging machine is studied.The kinematic characteristic of particles packaging machine is analyzed.Introducing elliptical gear into transmission mechanism of particles packaging machine is presented.Compared with the eccentric sprocket method,the result shows that when the sealing velocity of traverse seal keeps invariant,the production efficiency is improved evidently after using particles packaging machine optimized by elliptical gear.And the rational value range of eccentricity ratio and the effect of eccentricity ratio on production efficiency are clarified.At last,for achieving the size adjustment of packaging bag,the standardization design of the longitudinal seal roller radius is proposed,which facilitates the innovative design of transmission mechanism of particles packaging machine.
