description Purpose: To report a patient with post traumatic ocularforeign body. Method: Case report with relevant review of literature. Results: A thirty year old female suffered trauma to right eye with bullet of toy gun. She presented with mild blurring of vision and redness. On examination, aforeign body was seen in medial lower fornix. During exploration it was found to be embedded partially in sclera. The scleral perforation was partial thickness which was repaired. Theforeign body was an aluminum bullet of toy gun. Conclusion: This case highlights one of the rare presentations of closed globe injuries as superficial foreign body in sclera with partial thickness perforation.
