It is characterised by a triad of symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis, and urethritis. Characterised by hyperkeratotic skin lesions, it poses diagnostic challenges due to its rarity and resemblance to other dermatoses [2,3]. This is a unique case of KB in a 48-year-old male with a history of a recent genitourinary infection. |
