These have an overwhelming impact and should be protected, precisely to give the author the rights to be enjoyed by all authors for the creation of other ideas. Law no. 8/1996 is incomplete. It does not confer or formulate a fundamental right on the author of the work - the right to protect his own idea of the work. An idea that can generate other ideas and that can change the destiny of a fundamentally evolving society. Such ideas, perhaps even from the core of their creativity, are not recognized as having the fundamental right to be protected. At least not by Law no. 8/1996, perhaps not coincidentally called „copyright law”. It remains a real challenge that future regulations no longer commit injustices within the body and spirit of the text of the law. |
