The analysis of the effects that this shooting diary aims to produce in the reader, makes it possible to define the figure of an author assuming a particular ethical posture: that of an artisan of stories who meticulously prepares the new world while erasing herself, “a scribe of the future”, like Melville’s Bartleby. |
